Color Imaging Microscope
Imaging Equipment
Color Imaging Microscope is an inverted microscope with high-speed CMOS color camera and fluorescent LED illumination. It is capable of brightfield color imaging and widefield fluorescent imaging. With high-speed color camera and multiple image alignment (MIA) function, it enables whole tissue color imaging acquisition by creating a real-time auto-stitched image when the specimen is focused and moved on the stage. The 2.3-megapixel camera’s CMOS sensor is combined with pixel-shifting technology, resulting in a 20.7-megapixel resolution. For live capturing, high-definition (HD) 1920 x 1200-pixel images can be captured at 60 fps, enabling clear observation and real-time focusing and acquisition with no image deterioration.
