Fragment Analyzer is a high throughput nucleic acid analysis system to qualify and quantify a wide range of samples including NGS library, PCR Fragment, Genomic DNA, total RNA etc. With automated samples intake, parallel 12 capillaries electrophoresis and data acquisition, the Fragment Analyzer greatly accelerates the nucleic acid analysis in molecular workflow by processing maximum of 192 samples in a single operation. With improved sensitivities and resolution in detection, the analysis software provides accurate and detail results on nucleic acid’s size distribution, concentration and quality for downstream processes.
