Overview

Genomics Core is a well-established academic core facility since 2002 (formerly “Genome Research Centre and Centre for Genomic Sciences”).  It is subsumed under the Centre for PanorOmic Sciences (CPOS) within the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine in August 2019.  Equipped with cutting-edge genomic technologies and comprehensive infrastructure, the Genomics Core provides quality and high-throughput services especially in Next Generation Sequencing and Single Cell Analysis.

Our professional team is dedicated to facilitate researchers to effectively utilize advanced genomic technologies.  We offer project consultations, full support in sample processing to data generation.  We aim to provide innovative, cost effective and readily accessible genomic services to achieve medical research excellence.
