用於單細胞 RNA 測序數據分析的網上分析工具 Partek Flow 現已在泛組學科研中心 (CPOS) 推出。

Single-Cell RNA-Seq (scRNA-Seq) data analysis has always been technically challenging for many researchers, due to the high level of technical expertise requirement, such as programming skills. To help resolve this challenge, we are now introducing Partek Flow, a point-and-click analysis solution newly launched at CPOS.

The Partek Flow is an easy-to-use web-based tool tailored for the analysis of scRNA-Seq sequencing data. With a few clicks of a button, researchers can easily conduct their own data analysis anywhere and anytime, without the need of knowing command line operations.
