- Advanced library-free Data-Independent Acquisition (DIA) method for phosphoproteomics quantification on the Orbitrap MS platform using cell lysate. Customized options for other sample types available.
- Deep phosphoproteome coverage (> 20,000 phosphopeptides; 3x more phosphosites than conventional DDA approach) without the need for deep HPLC fractionation.
- Increased reproducibility and data completeness (missing values < 5%).
