There will be a new Cryo-EM facility at HKUMed ready soon, which is located in the Faculty of Medicine building, Laboratory Block, under the administration of CPOS. The purpose of this talk is to introduce Cryo-EM technology and the current state of the Cryo-EM core so that the audience gets an idea of what can be done with Cryo-EM and what scientific results can be expected.
CPOS is launching a new service to support faculty users with their research in clinical proteomics using archived FFPE tissue specimens.
Please attend the Zoom webinar to learn more about the new service, latest promotion, and other updates on routine proteomics and metabolomics services.
Bioresearch Support Core provides a wide range of instruments to support daily research activities in the Faculty of Medicine. In addition to over 20 existing preparative and analytical equipment for routine sample processing and analysis that is currently available for use, we are glad to launch three additional systems/service on 1st Jan 2022.
Partek Genomics Suite (PGS) will be upgraded from version 6.6 to 7 on 3-Nov-2021. Hence the PGS service will be unavailable during 1-Nov-2021 to 2-Nov-2021 for preparation of the software upgrade.
Centre for PanorOmic Sciences is excited to host a single-cell data analysis workshop (in conjunction with Partek Inc). This on-line workshop will provide researchers with hands-on training in the basics of a single cell RNA-Seq data analysis project, using the point-and-click interface of Partek Flow bioinformatics software. Newly launched at CPOS, this web tool will help researchers to conduct single cell data analysis easily from raw data to publication-level result visualization, without the need of programming skills.
A FlowJo Portal Site License is the most cost effective way to license multiple users at the same lab for flow analysis.
Partek Flow, a web-based analysis tool for single-cell RNA-Seq data analysis, is now available at CPOS.
We are pleased to update you all regarding NEW label free proteomics service available on timsTOF pro mass spectrometer platform.
