One-On-One Consultation on Spectral Unmixing & Cell-View Applications on BD FACSDiscover™ S8 

The CPOS Imaging and Flow Cytometry Core is pleased to announce a new series of monthly one-on-one consultation sessions. You are invited to a dedicated session focused on maximizing the potential of the BD FACSDiscover™ S8 Cell Sorter for your research.

Are you looking to:

• Detect and sort target populations using panels with over 20 fluorochromes?
• Analyze and sort cells across different mitotic phases (prometaphase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase)?
• Study protein localization to investigate transcription factors, phagocytosis, co-localization, cell polarization?
• Focus on the non-single cells to detect the cell-cell interaction, e.g. Cytotoxic lymphocytes-mediated tumour cell killing?
• Based on morphological features to perform cell synapse or label-free sorting for downstream applications?
