Partek Flow with Partek Pathway

Partek Flow is web-based analysis tool (installed on CPOS servers), and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Single Cell Analysis

Input data types (For gene expression data generated from CPOS 10X single cell analysis):

• Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) raw data such as:
  • FASTQ
• NGS quantified data such as:
  • Cell count matrix from 10X Cell Ranger
• NGS processed data such as (if applicable):
  • RDS from R/Seurat

Key Features:

• Import and process data with a variety of standard formats and export at any step
• Classify cells into known and novel cell types
• Discover biomarkers that define a cell population
• Find differentially expressed genes and proteins
• Identify differentially expressed pathways
• Compare cell type populations between experimental groups
• Integrate gene and protein expression data from multi-omics experiments

Bulk RNA-Seq Analysis

Input data type (For differential gene expression result files generated from CPOS bulk RNA-Seq analysis):

• Differential gene expression result files:
  • Partek_Gene_Diff.txt
  • Partek_Isoform_Diff.txt

Key Features:

• Import and process differential expression result files, with the option to export at any step
• Filter gene lists using multiple methods for downstream analysis
• Perform pathway analysis to identify impacted biological processes
• Conduct Gene Ontology (GO) enrichment analysis for functional insights
• Generate volcano plots for visualizing differential expression

Software usage fee:

Data storage fee:

• • charge in unit of 1000 GB on monthly basis
