Four Bioinformatics workshops will be held in Feb by CPOS Bioinformatics Core. These workshops aim to equip participants with knowledge in Bioinformatics and programming languages for interpretation and analysis of biological data to tackle biological problems.
Workshops
Centre for PanorOmic Sciences is excited to host a single-cell data analysis workshop (in conjunction with Partek Inc). This on-line workshop will provide researchers with hands-on training in the basics of a single cell RNA-Seq data analysis project, using the point-and-click interface of Partek Flow bioinformatics software. Newly launched at CPOS, this web tool will help researchers to conduct single cell data analysis easily from raw data to publication-level result visualization, without the need of programming skills.
