Attention
- Office hours with staff on duty: Mon to Fri 09:30 – 17:30
- Non-office hours without staff on duty: Mon to Fri 17:30 – 09:30 (next morning); Sat, Sun & Public Holidays
- Duration of each session: 30 minutes.
- Minimum booking: one session.
- Charges will apply based on time reserved and/or time used, whichever is longer. No booking of partial session is allowed.
- Same charges will apply for no-show, failure to cancel booking or late-arrival.
- For overrun of experiment beyond the booking time, please inform the Lab Manager during office hours. Overrun will only be allowed if there is no overlapped booking. Same charges will apply.
- Technical support is NOT included.
- Non-HKU users will be charged at 200% of Original Price plus 20% administration fee of the total charge.
- Commercial users will be charged at a 250% of Original Price plus 20% administration fee of the total charge.
- 50% discount offered to Live Cell Imaging booking from the 6th hour of non-office hour usage
