An automated cell processing platform that enables scalable GMP-compliant manufacturing of cell therapy products on a single device and within a single process setup. It allows for the magnetic isolation of different cell types by the integrated magnetic cell separation unit. The device features an all-in-one cell processing unit that performs automated cell washing, fractionation, and cultivation within a single-use chamber, which is included as part of specific tubing sets.

VHP hatch transfers materials to cleanroom areas by using vaporized hydrogen peroxide decontamination technology. VHP sterilization occurs at low temperatures, making it suitable for materials that require low-temperature sterilization. Furthermore, VHP exhibits excellent compatibility with various materials, decomposes easily, and leaves no harmful residues.

A multi gas incubator with O2 and CO2 sensors can optimize mammalian cell cultures through variable O2 control to simulate in vivo conditions. This incubator facilitates the growth and differentiation of various cell types, including sensitive stem cells and primary cells, by maintaining accurate and stable environmental conditions. The adjustable O2 levels provide the ability to create hypoxic conditions, which is critical for specific cell culture applications such as regenerative medicine and stem cell applications.

The CO2 incubator is purposefully engineered to offer reliable performance, user-friendly operation, and cost-effectiveness to accommodate a variety of culturing requirements, from fundamental research to advanced cutting-edge applications. Enhanced solutions promote optimal cell growth and the CO2 incubators, featuring non-corrosive stainless-steel interior chambers, provide a perfect in-vitro setting.

Biological safety cabinets are designed for sample protection and user safety by emphasizing containment, comfort, and convenience throughout daily use. Autonomous safety mechanisms ensure proper air circulation and continuously monitor crucial conditions in real time without user intervention.

Liquid nitrogen tanks offer reliable cryogenic storage solutions, ensuring maximum storage density and extended hold times. With a large liquid nitrogen capacity and a wide neck opening, these tanks allow efficient and convenient access for storing a variety of samples.

Ultra-low temperature freezers, capable of reaching temperature as low as -80°C, are essential equipment in various research, clinical, and industrial settings. These advanced freezers play a crucial role in preserving the integrity of sensitive biological samples, such as cells, tissues, proteins, nucleic acids and viral vectors, by maintaining consistently low temperature that minimizes degradation and ensures sample longevity.

Equipped with Ultra Harmonic Technology, the centrifuge offers ultra-smooth acceleration and deceleration profiles, ensuring that samples are protected from disturbances. This results in larger soft pellets and an increased sample yield, providing consistent and repeatable results across a variety of applications.

VIA Thaw dry thawing devices offer automated, regulated and uniform thawing of cell products in cryobags. Utilizing dry heat technology and multiple sensors, these instruments accurately determine the completion time of thawing process, which eliminates the inconsistencies associated with uncontrolled systems and manual procedures.

MACSQuant analyzer is a flow cytometer for GMP-compliant IPC and QC testing. The analyzer is designed with automated functionalities that significantly streamline the workflow. These features include automated startup, cleaning and shutdown processes, thereby reducing manual intervention and saving valuable time. Additionally, the system also offers automated compensation and calibration, ensuring optimal performance and accurate results in every analysis. The express mode function automatically adjusts gating parameters for each data file, which ensures optimal outcomes. It not only simplifies flow cytometric analyses but also reduces the risk of human error and guarantees consistent and reproducible data analysis.

The EVOS M5000 imaging system, a completely integrated digital inverted tabletop microscope, features four-color fluorescence and transmitted light, and allows for customizable imaging applications. With autofocus, Z-stack functionality, time-lapse imaging and single-click multi-channel capture, the imaging system caters to various requirements. It is equipped with a host of post-capture tools such as brightness/contrast modifications, annotations and automated cell counting, stands out as an extraordinarily adaptable microscope. It’s perfectly suited to accommodate a wide spectrum of imaging applications.

The NucleoCounter NC-202 automated cell counter is equipped with advanced hardware and the innovative NC-View software. With remarkably low inter-operator and inter-instrument variability, it ensures consistent results for any cell sample recorded by any user. By pairing the disposable Via2-Cassette with the NucleoCounter NC-202, a secure cell counting system is established, providing protection during sample handling. The NucleoCounter system eliminates the use of pipettes, prevents exposure to hazardous reagents, and requires minimal clean-up.

The XN-350 is a compact and fully automated haematology analyser that provides a 6-part differential analysis. It allows for the analysis of single samples in open mode. Equipped with a fully integrated information-processing unit (IPU) including an LCD colour touchscreen, it offers ease of operation. The XN-350 utilizes reliable Sysmex technologies such as fluorescence flow cytometry, hydrodynamic focussing and a cyanide-free SLS method for haemoglobin determination. Compared to CBC + DIFF, it has the capability for future upgrades to add new clinical and productivity values.

The AeroTrak® portable airborne particle counter offers flow rate options of 1.0 CFM (28.3 L/min), 50 L/min (1.77 CFM) or 100 L/min (3.53 CFM), and the ability to count particle sizes ranging from 0.3 to 25 μm, depending on the selected model. This device can store up to 10,000 data sets, which can be downloaded for analysis and reporting using the provided TrakPro™ Lite secure data downloading software.
