Krios G4 Cryo-Transmission Electron Microscope (Cryo-TEM) lets you see life at the molecular level. It is the most compact cryo-TEM in its class, consisting of a stable 300 kV TEM platform and the industry’s first cryogenic sample manipulation robot, making it ideal for automated micro-electron diffraction (microED), cryo-electron tomography (cryo-ET), and single-particle analysis (SPA). The built-in connectivity ensures a reliable and risk-free workflow, from sample preparation and optimization to image acquisition and data processing. With the Krios G4 Cryo-TEM together with E-CFEG and the Selectris, Cryo-EM discoveries are made in the fastest, easiest and most convenient way possible. Cold field emission guns like the E-CFEG offer atomic resolution and high contrast images. Structures can be efficiently solved at resolutions of 2.0 Å or lower. Featuring excellent performance, stability, and accessibility, Selectris Imaging Filters provide the best imaging solution. The Falcon 4i Direct Electron Detector together with the Selectris produces images of a higher quality and up to 10 times faster than the previous generation of detectors.
