Zeiss ELYRA S1 (SR-SIM) Super Resolution Microscope is based on Structured Illumination Microscopy (SIM) and equipped with four lasers (405nm, 488nm, 561nm and 640nm), sCMOS camera, Definite Focus Unit and Live cell chamber. This allows the observation of subcellular structure at resolution of 120 nm laterally and 120 nm axially. Applications
